In 2010 we opened our second Artists Residence, the one you see now, with three bedrooms for guests, near our Home, in a refurbished confortable apartment:

- Only three bedrooms for guests, one of them with terrace.
- Guests can enjoy a nice livingroom.
- Guests can use a good kitchen, and a big bathroom, shared.
- Cable TV, and wifi.
- Better attention and 24 hour services to guests.
- Owners office.
- No dog.
- More fun, and socialization.
- On the second floors with stairs.
- Great cultural and touristic information.
